One-on-one, at your pace.
Trauma, anxiety, overwhelm, stuck patterns, confidence, becoming who you're after. Teens (13+) and adults. Expect honesty, psychoeducation that makes things click, and tools that last past our sessions.

For the conversation underneath the fight.
Communication that keeps collapsing, trust that's been dented, the same argument in different clothes. Direct, fair, no taking sides — we'll name the dynamic and build a better one.

Parents, teens, blended dynamics — when everyone's talking past each other. Calm ground, clear expectations, accountability on all sides including mine.

How sessions run

Virtual, secure video. Anywhere in BC with a private corner and decent wifi. In-person options may come later — virtual-first for now.

Evenings & weekends. Built for people with jobs, kids, and full calendars — not just 9-to-5 windows.
