Hi, I'm Sam.

Growing up, I went through a lot — as a kid, as a teenager, into young adulthood. Through most of it, I didn't have the support or guidance I needed. I was navigating some really hard things largely on my own.

When I discovered psychology, something shifted. For the first time, I began to understand myself — why I felt the way I felt, why I responded to the world the way I did. It gave me a framework I'd never had. Psychology didn't just help me make sense of my past; it helped me heal from it.

That's what led me here. But it's more than history — I genuinely love this work. Sitting with people, getting to know them, walking alongside them toward things they never thought were possible. Watching someone work through a problem they were convinced they couldn't solve, or reach a version of themselves they didn't think was available — that never gets old.

What a first session feels like

Walking in the first time can feel intimidating — I get that. So here's exactly what to expect: warmth, maybe a bad joke, definitely no pressure. We won't dive into the deep end or need everything figured out. We'll just talk, connect, move at your pace. I show up as myself — real, professional, genuinely glad you're there.
